Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Art From the Heart Live Sessions Effective Date: 9/1/24 1. Booking Process: Registration: Clients must register online through our booking page to secure a spot in a session. Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, clients will receive a confirmation email with session details and a link to join the session. Max Participants: Each session has a maximum capacity of 50 participants. Early booking is recommended to secure your spot. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation Policy: Participants can cancel their booking up to 1 hour before the start time. Cancellations must be made through the online booking system. Rescheduling: Participants can reschedule their booking for another available session date and time up to 1 hour before the start time through the online booking system. There are no fees for rescheduling. No-Show Policy: If a participant does not attend a session and does not cancel or reschedule in advance, the booking fee is non-refundable. 3. Waitlist: Joining the Waitlist: If a session is fully booked, clients can join the waitlist. They will be notified via email if a spot becomes available. Automatic Enrollment: Waitlisted clients will be automatically enrolled in the session if a spot opens up. Confirmation of enrollment will be sent via email. 4. Payment: Payment Method: All payments must be made online at the time of booking through our secure payment gateway. Refunds: Refunds are issued for cancellations made prior to the session start time. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Discounts and Offers: Any applicable discounts or promotional offers must be applied at the time of booking. No retroactive discounts will be applied. 5. Session Details: Materials: Participants are responsible for providing their own art materials for the session. Session Link: The link to join the live session will be included in the confirmation email. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection for the best experience. 6.
