Natalie Amey

Natalie Amey is a Los Angeles–based actor whose work is grounded in quiet authority, intelligence, and emotional depth.
She is particularly drawn to women who carry responsibility—detectives, investigators, attorneys, physicians, executives, administrators, and other characters whose strength comes less from volume than from clarity, presence, and an active inner life.
Natalie’s approach to acting is rooted in truthful behavior, deep preparation, and specificity. Her training has included Meisner-based work, script analysis, on-camera technique, and continued studio study at Berg Studios, where she explores action, language, imagination, sensory work, and physicality for the screen.
Her professional experience extends well beyond acting and informs the characters she plays. Before and alongside her work as an actor, Natalie built careers in psychology and family therapy, critical care and transplant nursing, healthcare leadership, and finance. Those experiences have given her firsthand familiarity with high-stakes environments, complex human behavior, and professionals required to remain composed while making consequential decisions.
Her screen work includes the Sundance feature Pursuit of Loneliness, along with national commercial campaigns for brands including Coca-Cola and The Home Depot.
Natalie is continuing to develop her work in film and television with a particular focus on grounded dramatic storytelling and characters who reveal as much through what they contain as through what they say.
